During a subsequent appointment with our veterinarian and a member of our Fish Health Team, we will assess the ongoing progress of your fish's health and its response to medication treatments. Based on our observations, we will determine whether additional steps are necessary, including further testing, future care and potential treatments. Should our initial treatments be impeded by inadequate filtration, we may suggest upgrading your system to enhance the well-being of your fish. If deemed necessary, we will also be equipped to conduct additional advanced water testing, as well as gill clips and scrapes.

Initial Discussion: Determine the level of care needed for your fish during an initial conversation with a Fish Health Team Member.
Schedule Appointment: Either an in person or telehealth appointment will be scheduled to take place with our Aquatic Veterinarian or a Fish Health Tech.
Perform Service: Depending on the fish illness, next steps will be discussed.
