Food Vendor / Food Truck Booth – $500
Bring the flavor to Koi Fest 2025 as an official food vendor or food truck!

Booth Space & Placement
A designated space will be provided for food vendors/food trucks. Placement will be arranged by the Koi Fest planning team to ensure high visibility and steady foot traffic. Electricity is available upon request.

Marketing & Promotion

• Event Brochure: Your business name and logo will be featured as a food vendor in our printed brochure, handed out to all attendees.

• Event Website: You'll also be listed on the Koi Fest 2025 website as an official food vendor with a direct link to your website or menu.

This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your food, connect with new customers, and serve up something delicious at one of the industry's most exciting events!

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
