Rotala bossii is a rare and distinctive member of the Rotala family, originating from India, where it thrives in shaded freshwater environments. Unlike its well-known relative, Rotala rotundifolia, this species remains entirely green, even under conditions that typically enhance red pigmentation in other Rotala varieties. It features a similar growth pattern, developing lush, bushy foliage that can take on a cascading appearance.

When provided with optimal conditions, Rotala bossii grows rapidly and requires regular trimming to prevent lower leaves from deteriorating due to insufficient light. Its adaptability and vigorous growth make it an excellent choice for aquascaping, especially in background or midground placements. Like other Rotala species, it is easy to propagate by trimming and replanting cuttings, ensuring a continuous, vibrant display in a well-maintained aquarium.

• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
