Bronze Sponsor - Koi Fest 2025

BRONZE SPONSORSHIP – $1500

• Brochure: Your company name and logo will be displayed as a Bronze Sponsor within the event brochure.
• Digital Marketing: 
• Email: Your company will appear as a Bronze Sponsor on all Koi Fest email promotions to our audience of 30k+ koi enthusiasts/pond lovers. (May-October).
• Articles & Blogs: Your company will be mentioned as Bronze Sponsor on press releases and articles written to follow the event.
• Social Media: Your company name/logo will appear on some of our social media marketing (220k+ followers), 
• Koi Fest Event Website: Your company name/logo will appear on our Koi Fest 2025 Koi Fest Event website and remain linked from our page for 3 months.
• Banners:Your company name/logo will appear on some signage throughout the koi tent/retail tent as a Silver Sponsor throughout the duration of Koi Fest.
• Vendor Booth
• Exhibit Location & Space: Bronze Sponsors location will be at the discretion of the Koi Fest planning team. A 10x10 booth with be provided. Electricity will be provided as requested.
• Product: Your company's product/any individual signage you bring will be prominently displayed in your space.

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
