What to Expect at this year's Koi Auction!

1. Upon arrival you will need to visit the blue branded FFP Tent in order to confirm registration and receive your wooden spoon with your Auction # on it! Then, you will be ready to participate in the Auction.
2. There will be two separate Auction sessions. The first will be held from 11am-1pm and the second will be held from 1:30pm-3:30pm.
3. When you win a koi, your credit card on file will be charged at the time of winning. If you win multiple koi, the charge will occur separately for each koi you win.
4. After a koi is won, our team will bag, box and label the koi and transport it to our Koi Storage area.

5. When you are ready to leave the event, you will visit the Koi Pick Up area. At this point, you will return your spoon to the Koi Pick Up Staff and they will be able to locate your koi based on your spoon number. You may gather your koi and walk back to your car OR you can drive to the pick up location and pack the koi in your vehicle for convenience.
6. If you bought additional koi/plants throughout the day, you can pick them all up at once. Be sure to present your koi/plant shopping papers with your name and shopping number and our staff will locate your koi!
