With the Koi Fest 2024 SPECIAL ACCESS TICKET you will receive everything in the VIP Ticket Package INCLUDING:

1. Friday Night Special Access Barbeque: Enjoy the opportunity to hang out at the FFP Farm for a barbeque with a chance to chat with our special guests, Tim Waddington, Shintaro Koi Farm members, Yvo Du Val aka The Koi Partner and many other top industry professionals and hobbyists. 

2. Greenhouse Tours: Enjoy the chance to tour our 6 greenhouses on Friday evening and have access to purchase ALL koi on the farm. 

3. EARLY ACCESS to Koi Fest: Join us at 9am before the doors officially open at 10am to receive FIRST PICK at some of the top quality koi in the world. Have a chance to talk to the special guests before the crowds arrive!

3. $30 Fitz's Fish Ponds ONLINE store gift card. This gift card can be used to purchase from our online store ONLY. It may not be redeemed until August 25th, the day following Koi Fest. The gift card will be attached to your purchase when you "download files". 

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
