Please Note: 

• Natural Tannin Release: When first introduced, Pacific Driftwood will release tannins. You can pre-soak the wood in water for a couple weeks, with frequent water changes, to remove the bulk of the tannins before use. 
• Buoyancy: It may float initially, so securing it to a rock structure is recommended. After a few weeks or months (depending on the wood’s density) it will become waterlogged and no longer float. 
• Harmless Fungus: A temporary white fungus may appear at first; this is harmless and can be consumed by fish or shrimp. If preferred, it can be easily removed with gentle scrubbing.

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
