How It Works: Water flows through the inlets on the dirty side of the drum, carrying mechanical waste. As water enters the drum, the 75-micron screens catch and hold debris until the clean side water level triggers the drum’s automatic rotation. This motion activates a high-pressure pump that jets the trapped waste through a stainless steel waste chute, expelling it out of the system. This self-cleaning process uses only about 1.5 liters of water, ensuring minimal waste and maximum efficiency.

• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
