PLEASE NOTE: Due to this item being shipped via LTL, upon purchase, a representative from FFP will call you for additional information regarding the delivery address. Kindly be aware that shipments are processed Monday through Friday, and orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next day. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. For shipments to residential addresses, the carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment and they typically require a four hour window for delivery. Please be sure an adult older than 18 is present to sign for the delivery.

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
