WHO QUALIFIES FOR A MEDIA PASS?

Journalists and editors representing magazines, newspapers, online publications
Industry bloggers and content creators
Accredited photographers and videographers
Influencers with relevant pond, koi, or garden-focused content
YouTube or podcast hosts covering aquatics, landscaping, or koi topics

️ WHAT YOUR MEDIA PASS INCLUDES:

Early access to the event at 5:00am to film fish transport
Access to all public areas, seminars, and vendor booths
Behind-the-scenes access to greenhouses (not open to the public on the day of Koi Fest and must be accompanied by an FFP Team Member)
On-site Wi-Fi access for live coverage
Press and Advertising materials (event schedule, brand guide, logos)

All content must be respectful and representative of the koi hobby and pond industry

Drones must be pre-approved and operated by licensed pilots
Interviews with staff, guests, or vendors must be arranged with our Media Liaison in advance or day-of at the Media Table
Commercial product promotion is prohibited without sponsor/vendor registration

Special Access Day - Friday August 22nd festivities:
- $200 ticket for group tour & dinner
- $500 ticket for exclusive koi buying tour & dinner
Tri-State ZNA Koi Show Banquet:
- $100 Ticket (Dinner)
- $125 Ticket (Dinner & Drink Package)
