Lauren Nolan is the Vice President of Fitz's Fish Ponds and the owner and publisher of POND Trade magazine, where she seamlessly blends her expertise in writing with her deep passion for the pond industry.
A graduate of The College of New Jersey, Lauren spent a decade as an English teacher at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School, inspiring students while earning a Master's degree in English and a Supervisor's Certificate. Her background in education honed her skills in communication, leadership, and content development—qualities that would later become invaluable in the pond world.
In 2021, Lauren joined Fitz's Fish Ponds as a brand content manager, quickly establishing herself as a driving force behind the company's growth. She played a pivotal role in shaping the company's success through strategic marketing, brand development, and large-scale event planning. Her vision and dedication led her to the role of Vice President, where she continues to lead with innovation, expanding the company's reach and elevating its brand within the industry.
Beyond her leadership at Fitz's Fish Ponds, Lauren's role as owner and publisher of POND Trade allows her to amplify industry voices, foster connections, and bring fresh perspectives to the pond community.
