Please review the following terms and conditions to understand how your gift card can be redeemed.

• Fitz’s Fish Ponds Gift Certificates/Gift Cards may be redeemed at any of our retail stores location. They may also be used for purchases at events such as Koi Fest and other company sponsored events.
• Fitz’s Fish Ponds Gift Certificates/Gift Cards may be redeemed during a Farm Visit/Fish Purchase at our farm location.
• Fitz’s Fish Ponds Gift Certificates/Gift Cards may also be used for our Aquariums store FFP Aquariums & Aquascaping.
• Fitz’s Fish Ponds Gift Certificates/Gift Cards may NOT be used for credit towards any service visit including fish health services, construction and/or landscape job.
• Fitz’s Fish Ponds Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are NOT able to be used online. We do have e-gift cards for sale on our website.

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable.
