Jessica Ashen joined Fitz’s Fish Ponds in 2021, bringing over 20 years of professional experience in operations and customer service management. She began her journey at FFP as the Customer Experience and Service Manager, focusing on ensuring every customer felt heard, supported, and received the highest level of service.

 

Today, as Program Manager, Jessica plays a critical role in launching and refining special projects that support the company's growth and efficiency. She collaborates across departments to troubleshoot challenges, streamline processes, and guide initiatives from concept to completion. Some key programs she’s helped lead include the development of FFP’s custom CRM, enhancements to the website, the Fish Health Initiative, and the rollout of new plant package offerings.

 

Jessica is known for her thoughtful problem-solving, sharp organizational skills, and dedication to continuous improvement, which make her a driving force behind many of FFP’s operational successes.

 

Jessica enjoys knitting, running, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her cat outside of work. Her creativity, leadership, and commitment to the customer experience make her an essential part of the Fitz’s Fish Ponds team.
