Rae grew up in Westfield and now lives in Scotch Plains. After studying fine art and graphic design at duCret School of Art in Plainfield, she spent years as a freelance artist and designer while also organizing community art and music events in NJ and NY.  She’s been playing piano since age four, teaches music, performs live, and brings a creative spark to every space she’s in.

At FFP, Rae works as a graphic designer, assisting with koi photography, design and custom art projects. Whether she’s designing flyers with Lauren for sales and events, or painting corn hole boards for Koi Fest, Rae's contributions are as creative as they are impactful.

She’s especially proud of the way FFP encourages individuality. “I didn’t expect to be able to combine my art and customer service skills so naturally,” she says. “Everyone here values what you bring to the table.” From designing koi holiday ornaments to learning more about koi varieties at the Milford farm, Rae is always expanding her role.

She credits her teammates—especially Green Brook store manager Ryan—for helping her grow and learn more about the koi and pond world. Her favorite part? Helping customers walk away happy with a koi they love, and seeing how her creativity adds to their experience. We’re lucky to have her on the team.
