The PCT1317 Deluxe Pond Cover Tent is designed to protect ponds and gardens by keeping out leaves, debris, and unwanted wildlife while maintaining a clean and healthy outdoor environment. Its lightweight structure allows two people to assemble and install it within minutes, making seasonal setup fast and convenient. The tent features strong 3/8‑inch UV‑resistant black nylon mesh that provides long‑lasting durability and dependable protection through changing weather conditions. Extra‑sturdy fiberglass poles with shock cords create a stable frame, and the full‑length sleeves securely hold the netting in place for a tight, reliable fit. A built‑in zipper offers easy access for feeding fish or performing maintenance, while the reinforced bottom band with adjustable tie‑down loops ensures the tent stays anchored firmly in place. Shipping & Returns
- Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
- Koi Fish and Live Plants only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery are not eligible for free shipping. These items will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Return shipping cost are covered by the customer and some items returned will result in a restocking fee. - To receive a refund for Live Plants, you must email ecommerce@fitzfishponds.com with the image of the item in the original packaging for review.
- To ensure Live Plants have the best chance to arrive without issue, it is recommended to select next day air or two day shipping options.
- Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable. Should you have any questions or concerns when your fish arrive, please call 908-420-9908.
