Choosing the Right Model

Pond Magic rates each model by pond volume and fish load:

• PMF-1250: 9 watt UV, up to 1,250 gal with no fish, 700 gal medium load, 400 gal heavy load
• PMF-2500: 13 watt UV, up to 2,500 gal with no fish, 1,300 gal medium load, 700 gal heavy load
• PMF-3600: 18 watt UV, up to 3,600 gal with no fish, 2,000 gal medium load, 1,000 gal heavy load
• PMF-4800: 36 watt UV, up to 4,800 gal with no fish, 2,500 gal medium load, 1,200 gal heavy load
• PMF-7200: 55 watt UV, up to 7,200 gal with no fish, 4,000 gal medium load, 2,000 gal heavy load

Koi ponds usually fall in the medium or heavy load range, so size the filter by fish load rather than pond volume alone.

• Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
• Koi Fish and Live Plants only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
• For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery are not eligible for free shipping. These items will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
• You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Return shipping cost are covered by the customer and some items returned will result in a restocking fee. • To receive a refund for Live Plants, you must email ecommerce@fitzfishponds.com with the image of the item in the original packaging for review.
• To ensure Live Plants have the best chance to arrive without issue, it is recommended to select next day air or two day shipping options.
