Description
Protect docks and waterfront structures from ice damage with Air De-Icing Systems designed for both deep and shallow water applications, available in multiple configurations to match dock length and depth. Deep water models (DKDW60 and DKDW100) feature powerful Stratus rocking piston compressors (SRC50 and SRC75) paired with four or six self-weighted diffusers and extended lengths of 3/8″ Quick Sink tubing for effective circulation in depths over 7′ and docks up to 100′ long. Shallow water systems (DKSW30 and DKSW45) use ultra-efficient, quiet KLC linear diaphragm compressors with two or three diffusers and 1/2″ Quick Sink tubing, ideal for 3′ to 6′ depths and docks up to 45′. Each system includes a weather-resistant cabinet for added protection, easy installation components, and durable construction, delivering reliable ice prevention, improved water movement, and long-term performance backed by compressor and tubing warranties.
Shipping & Returns
- Free Shipping is valid for orders with a subtotal exceeding $199 and all orders will be shipped via UPS. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm will ship the following day. Items purchased for delivery after 3pm on Friday will ship Monday.
- Koi Fish and Live Plants only ship Monday- Wednesday. For orders placed after 3pm on Wednesday, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
- For Motor Freight (LTL) Shipments, oversized or heavy items unsuitable for traditional parcel delivery are not eligible for free shipping. These items will be dispatched through a motor freight carrier, as indicated on the product page. Once the carrier receives your order, they will reach out to arrange a delivery time. An individual aged 18 or older must be present to sign for the delivery.
- You may return or exchange an unused or unopened item for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of purchase. Following 30 days, the item may be returned in exchange for a store credit. Return shipping cost are covered by the customer and some items returned will result in a restocking fee. - To receive a refund for Live Plants, you must email ecommerce@fitzfishponds.com with the image of the item in the original packaging for review.
- To ensure Live Plants have the best chance to arrive without issue, it is recommended to select next day air or two day shipping options.
- Used chemicals and fish food are not returnable. In addition, all sales on Japanese Koi are final and non-refundable. Should you have any questions or concerns when your fish arrive, please call 908-420-9908.
